GZB is a Manhattan-based real estate brokerage firm that deals in both residential and commercial markets. 
 
INTRODUCTION

GZB approached us to help them employ new Real Estate Agents. We set out to create a campaign that would help GZB find top talent without having to use expensive recruiters.
 
What we did was create a comprehensive strategy that targeted job seekers whose values aligned with GZB's mission. We used our proven lead generation methods initially developed for companies' service or product marketing funnels. 
 
Having tried other HR solutions and the past and finding them either too expensive or too ineffective, GZB decided to try another route. What they found was that our honed-in messaging attracted candidates that fit their desired profile perfectly.
